Order Fulfillment

We partner with Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider, to produce and ship your orders. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that Printful will handle production and fulfillment, and that timelines may vary. Please note that support@GoBeJoyful.com is your primary point of contact for all customer service issues.

Returns & Refunds

All products are custom-made to order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

  • To request a return: Contact us at support@GoBeJoyful.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Non-returnable items: Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return shipping: We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items only.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Printful’s network. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
  • Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
